Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
* Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE functionalities using Power Platform, plugins, and custom workflows.
* Provide technical and functional support for the design and deployment of solutions.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
* Deliver training and user support to ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
* Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
* Hands-on experience with customizations using JavaScript, C#, and plugins.
* Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
