Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Perform various operations associated with the processing of VCSEL wafers and product test assemblies that include following standard operating procedures and running semiconductor tools. Participate actively in the preventive maintenance program. Participate actively with the engineers in the continuous improvement of existing processes. Be an active member of the team and meet the requirements to ensure the effective and efficient transfer of wafers into large volume manufacturing.Education & Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent.Skills
Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. Work effectively with other members of II-VI operations.Working Conditions
Must be able to work a 12hr. shift.Safety Requirements
All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and II-VI Corporate EHS standards.
