PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scheduling visits to our communities. Interacting with callers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Providing accurate information about amenities and apartments. Responding promptly to inquiries. Addressing issues according to company guidelines. Meeting quality standards and productivity goals. Following company policies and schedules.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced setting, suitable for recent graduates or career changers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledgeable in computer use and typing proficient. Reliable attendance during assigned shifts.
