The CEE HSE Director is responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and coordination of all environmental, health and safety programs for the companyfor the region Central Eastern Europe.
This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability.
Directs the resources and activities of the Company to support the HSE programs by providing advice and guidance to the Management;Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the Company to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE;Review existing HSE policies and practices of the Company to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations from these assessments;Continuous tracking and gap analysis of legislations and regulations with respect to each country together with the HSE team;Managing and supporting the for HSE activities of all plants & locations of Central East Europe Region;Review, management and support of all documents related to HSE;Close contact with HQs Milan, maintaining HSE DM and Blumatica tools to track key KPIs and preparing monthly or weekly reports where necessary;Frequent traveling to all sites;Training activities within the region and sharing best practices;HSE Responsible for Berlin HQs;Understanding and continuous support for SustainabilityPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
