We are seeking an innovative Business Development Manager for Base Management to lead programmatic base marketing initiatives across Central Eastern Europe and Israel (CEEI). In this role, you will design and execute strategic customer engagement programs that drive incremental sales and enhance the customer experience through personalized marketing and data-driven insights. Reporting to the Head of Business Development CEEI, you will collaborate with country teams and central business development units to shape and implement strategic base management programs. Your expertise will influence partner account plans and revolutionize Apple’s customer engagement by leveraging our channel partners’ CRM, CVM, and personalization capabilities across Telecom and Consumer channels. You will play a crucial role in creating the vision, framework, and execution strategy for Base Management programs, quantifying business impact and driving growth. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and exceptional interpersonal skills.DescriptionDescriptionDefine and setup framework to collect base data metrics across all Telecom and Consumer channel partners. Support business case, playbook development, partner program sell-ins Measure and report effectiveness of new Base Marketing / Personalised Engagement program implementations. Analyze data to interpret trends and pattern to provide insights and actions for new sales opportunities and customer experience optimization. Execute and improve Personalised Engagement program playbook and drive ongoing updates on use cases in the region. Measure effectiveness of program implementations, focusing on incremental. Develop dashboards/ scorecards and provide regular program performance reporting. Create and rollout A/B testing strategies, roadmaps and plans with data analysis and insights, working together with broader cross functional teams such as Sales and Sales Finance. Please contact us to request accommodation.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in Customer Base Management, CVM, CRM, or Personalization, either leading the function in-company or as an expert at a leading consultancy.Proven experience working with large installed base customers; experience in Telecom or digital channels is highly desirable.Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with a proven ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies.Demonstrated success in CVM/CRM/Personalized Engagement impact measurement, including planning and analyzing A/B testing.Strong passion for data analytics to generate insights that drive revenue growth.Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in business modeling, data analysis, and familiarity with tools and systems used across Telecom, Consumer, and digital channels.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, including CxO, Head of Data.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects within matrix organizations.A strategic, action-oriented approach with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ideally basic understanding of the regulatory landscape for consumer communication within the EU.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.MBA preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with extensive relevant experience.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
