Your work environment at EXP
EXP is currently searching for a CEI Project Administrator in Georgia. This individual will be responsible for financial and contract administration of assigned projects.

 
 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Coordinate and supervise project inspection activities to ensure contractor compliance of plans, contract documents, specifications and standards. Interact with the general public, government agencies, contractors, sub-contractors, and other internal and external parties to respond to inquiries and resolve field issues. Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors Notify contractor of non-compliance and corrective action. Track project progress and advises parties of possible overruns, and critical project issue Analyze project related issues and recommend appropriate solutions Coordinate administrative aspects of projects including; contract reviews, contracting, scheduling, month-end processing, project accounting, project related reporting and cash management Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials Review plans for constructability and bid-ability Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings Participate in the development of new project proposals Assist in the development of RFP’s or tasks Perform other related duties as assigned Promote positive relations with contracts, vendors and consultants

  

What your experience looks like

Six (6) years of responsible and related construction of engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures
