We are hiring Cell Mill Leads to join our team! This position ensures continuous operation of the related production area to safely meet production and quality requirements. They insure all procedures are being followed as written, assist in training of new machine operators, and complete required reports to help monitor continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Operate and oversee production CNC Mill machinery in a safe and efficient mannerPerform production quality checksMaintain a clean work environmentPerform inventory scanning and tracking activities related to the production work cellFill out daily production reportsPerform other job-related duties as assigned

What We Need from You: 

Experience with CNC Milling machines and metal machiningMechanical abilityFamiliarity with quality control gauges, understanding of the use of handheld gauges, and ability to use basic gauging and measuring equipmentUnderstanding of machine set up sheets and process control plansIdentify defects and inspect parts using process control plansAbility to start and operate all secondary equipment from power off to cycle startEmployees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessaryAbility to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of timeAbility to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularlyAbility to read, write, perform basic math calculations, and complete visual inspections
