With over 20+ years of scientific experience and a solutions-oriented approach, our client will offer you ingenuity from start to finish!_** **Pay:** $37 - $53/hr **Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p **Responsibilities** + Lead multiple client projects in Cell Line Development (CLD) simultaneously. + Develop stable CHO/HEK293 cell lines for therapeutic proteins and support process scale-up in bioreactors. + Collaborate with Upstream Process Development (USP) and R&D teams to develop cell culture processes. + Conduct research on cell culture-derived biopharmaceuticals. + Draft, review, and maintain SOPs, protocols, and reports related to CLD. + Provide technical support and training on CLD techniques to internal teams. **Qualifications** + Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, with 1+ year of CLD experience OR M.S. with 3+ years of related experience. + Expertise in analytical techniques (ELISA, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western blots, etc.) and high-throughput cell culture tools + Experience in bioreactor cell culture is a plus. + Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA). **_***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
