Manual packing requirements will vary by shift based on demand; therefore, a Cell Packer may not always rotate through all/any manual packing cells.** **Your responsibilities will include** + **Add or attach components to base units according to the Bill of Materials. Components may include cords, plumbing items, trim shells, grommets, packing components, etc.** + **Ensure all components are located properly in the carton to ensure proper closure** + **Operators are expected to rotate through various positions throughout each process** + **Perform visual inspection to ensure products meets all quality requirements** + **Apply spec. plates, decals, and labels to units and/or cartonsxd** + **Place finished units onto a skid in a prescribed pattern** + **Support stocking needs as required** + **Maintain productivity expectations for each assigned area** + **Use bill of materials to ensure product conformity** + **Manage the loading and unloading of base units at each add and remove station** + **Conduct rework as required** + **Meet all quality standards and complete all required quality records and general documentation** + **Adhere to all safety rules and regulations** + **Maintain departmental housekeeping standards** **Minimum requirements** [ACTION REQUIRED - DO NOT POST AS IS] Describe what is absolutely required for the role, meaning that the candidate cannot be hired if they do not have these requirements.
