Job Title: Cell Therapy Aseptic Operator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Cell Therapy Aseptic Operator to assist in clean room qualification, run supplies and materials, and work within manufacturing to process cells and samples. This role involves maintaining aseptic conditions, processing cultures, cryopreserving, and manipulating cell products using aseptic techniques. Candidates should have previous experience with GMP practices and following SOPs, as well as experience in a biology lab, either academic or industry. This position offers significant training and growth potential within the first year on the job.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in clean room qualification by helping to burden clean rooms for testing.Run supplies and materials as needed for clean room operation and processing.Aseptic gowning to enter clean room for qualification.Work within manufacturing to help process cells and samples.Process cultures, cryopreserve, and manipulate cell products using aseptic techniques.Perform any and all processing and testing required to produce and assess safe and efficacious products.Work in a clean room environment.Handle stem cell preparation, cell/tissue culture, batch records, cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments.Support clinical trials.Essential SkillsAseptic techniqueOperationPharmaceuticalLaboratoryCell therapyPrevious experience working within a biology lab (academic or industry)Experience working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious lab gowning experienceGMP practicesFollowing SOPsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociates or Bachelors degree within biology or a related scientific field is a plusAbility to effectively communicate within a team environmentWork EnvironmentThis role will be based in clinical manufacturing labs and requires flexibility on shift times, including the possibility of working weekends. Training for the first 2-3 months will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Post-training, the permanent shift will be Thursday-Friday and Sunday-Monday, working four ten-hour shifts. Candidates must be open to working 1st or 2nd shifts, with the latest shift ending at 2:30am. The work environment involves working in a clean room setting, adhering to strict aseptic techniques, and being prepared for variable shift times.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.78/hr.
