Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier - Permanent- Camarillo CA

Proclinical is seeking a Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier who will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining their suitability for our products or services.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of our offerings. As a Lead Qualifier, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-opportunity transition.

Skills & Requirements:

MBA or related degree preferred.Completed college classes in Cell Therapy.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to capture relevant information and assess lead quality.Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.Passionate about science and technology.Creative & innovative.Thrives in a dynamic environment with a rapid pace.

The Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier responsibilities will be:

Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and fit with our solutions.Apply predefined criteria (such as BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to qualify leads.Engage with leads via phone, email, or chat to gather relevant information and address inquiries.Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems.Assign scores to leads based on their likelihood to convert.Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.Provide insights to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
