Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated scientist to support the development and execution of cell-based bioassays and binding assays for the characterization and routine testing of biopharmaceutical products. Daily responsibilities could include:
Carrying out bioanalytical cell-based assay testing of recombinant protein therapeuticsAssisting in the identification and evaluation of new technologiesMaking detailed observations, analyzing data, interpreting results, and exercising appropriate technical discretion in the design and execution of experimentsPerforming cell culture, maintaining cell lines, and performing routine lab equipment maintenancePresenting results at internal meetingsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, with 1-5 years of relevant experience working with cell-based assays in an industry environmentPrior experience with cell culture and in vitro assays, and their application in biological characterization for biologicsPrecise and accurate micro-pipetting skillsExperience performing in vitro biological assays such as, cell-based, ELISAs, immunoassays, Flow cytometry, and/or homogeneous assays such as alphaLISA and/or HTRFAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipWhat to Expect in the Hiring Process:
