Role
The cellar person holds a key position in our venue operation, responsible for O2 Academy Brixton’s cellar and storerooms, stock control and delivery procedures, and supporting our team to ensure our bars our executed to the highest standard across a wide variety of live shows and events.

About you
Experience in cellar management in the hospitality or live events industryUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsProficiency in stock managementExperience in delivery shiftsCompetent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Knowledge of relevant licencing lawsWhat we need

Maintaining clean and tidy cellar and storeroom areasOversee cellar management during shifts and live eventsStock movement and rotation in the cellar, storerooms and barsSupervision of incoming deliveriesWeekly and monthly stock counts as directed by the bars departmentCleaning lines and changing barrelsStaff training in maintaining cellar equipmentProduce maintenance schedules and repair requirementsReport malfunctions of servicesContribute to improvements in processes for maximum cellar efficiencySupervision of casual staffHighest levels of cleanliness and hygiene across all bar and cellar operationsAny other duties as reasonably requiredEqual opportunities
