CEMB- Lighthouse Studio Front Desk

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Lighthouse Front Desk staff oversees the use of Lighthouse Studio during building hours. This role will be responsible for making sure approved students are getting the access they need to the facilities in the Lighthouse for academic projects. They will ensure that all students using the facilities are complying with the Policies and Procedures of the Lighthouse and the Belmont Honor Code. This role will interact with the Studio/Facility Manager, as well as Campus Security on a regular basis.

Primary Job Duties:
Manage keys/cards for access to studios
Verifying the student reservations of spaces
Verifying the rooms in use match the reservations for the day
Verifying all rooms not in used are locked and equipment is powered down correctly
Walkthrough studio spaces
Check all spaces are locked with lights off
Enforce Belmont and Lighthouse Policies and Procedures
Interface with Belmont Security on activity in theLighthouse

Secondary Duties:
Troubleshoot student issues with equipment or software in production spaces
