What You’ll Be Doing
Process weekly hourly payroll and related processes.Assist management with changes and ensure timely signoffs.Assist with entry and management of requisitions for hourly positions in our recruiting system.Assist employees with submitting questions to Employee Services.Process employee changes for hourly production employees.What Are We Looking For
Prior experience supporting an HR function strongly preferred.Strong computer skills. Must be adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with timekeeping (Kronos) and HRIS (Workday) systems preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail.Professional demeanor to include management of confidential information.Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an office environment; however, there will be some requirements to post information in the Plant.
