Summary: The Center EOC Compliance Specialist will be responsible for National support to the Center Insights Team by providing resources and compliant solutions that will deliver practical solutions that allow centers to provide therapy while laying the foundation for center standards to achieve safe, compliant, and consistent outcomes: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments to ensure 90% of OM's are positive about their building and teammate experience Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs (EOC). Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations. Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. Provides technical support to project managers during new center handoffs. Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records. Reports the status of projects to EOC Compliance Manager. Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence. Apply solutions as needed in keeping with pre established budget and on a partnership with regional managers Fire and alarm Preventative Maintenance Program Implementation and Monitoring partnering with operations and clinical Monitor and respond to security incidents
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 10+ years related experience with facilities, maintenance, safety, emergency response. Responsible for internal reviews of workers compensation claims. Understanding of workers compensation statutes across all States.
Required Skills and Abilities: Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable workers’ compensation laws, procedures, and regulations. Ability to apply center standards and OSHA regulations in a practical manner. Proficient with Google G Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to travel nationally to centers to provide training and support.
