Working as a Center Manager at Acelero Learning will give you the opportunity to employ a range of management, monitoring, and instructional strategies to ensure both compliance and excellence are among teaching staff. As a Center Manager, you will provide exemplary customer service and guide and support all the families,while promoting and maintaining a safe environment for all children, families and staff. Job Responsibilities:
• Share supervision of staff with the Center Director and serves as the operational lead for the center, in areas related to Head Start compliance, center staffing and Extended Day implementation.
• Assist in the collaboration and coordination within education team and across service areas and initiatives, including ensuring full parent involvement in the program
• Establish focus for center daily operations and function and act to align area’s goals with the strategic direction and needs of the center; ensure that employees in the area understand how their work relates to the center as a whole and the relevant regulations and performance standards
• Support Center Director in improving quality and effectiveness of the education service area and overall organization by initiating, sponsoring and implementing organizational change and by helping others to successfully manage organizational change
• Ensure full implementation of all aspects of our Acelero Learning methodology and system of recordkeeping, reporting, and ongoing monitoring and data entry
Job Requirements:
• High School/GED diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 1 year of previous experience working as a supervisor/manager
• A passion for achieving positive child and family outcomes through a high quality educational program
• The ability to multitask, work independently, efficiently organize and communicate effectively
