Center Manager
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **CENTER MANAGER** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8 am to 430 pm **Status:** Full time **Location:** Sharon Hill, PA **Position Purpose:** The Center Manager oversees the PACE center, including day center, rehabilitation, social work, dietary, and recreation services. This role supervises the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and ensures the provision of participant services. **Position Details:** Typically, position requires no nights, weekends, holidays or on call requirements. **What you will do:** · Manage center operations and ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. · Lead and facilitate IDT meetings, care planning, and problem-solving. · Develop staffing patterns, assist in hiring, and orient new staff. · Prepare and present mandatory education programs. · Serve on the Quality Assessment and Process Improvement (QAPI) Committee. · Collaborate on the PACE Organization (PO) budget and monitor performance trends. · Coordinate day center trials for transitioning participants. · Work with clinical leaders on community health nursing services. · Evaluate and integrate healthcare technology and information systems. · Communicate regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders about safety, quality, and satisfaction. · Participate in survey preparedness and address deficiencies. · Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. **Minimum Qualifications:** · Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field. · Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in a health care delivery setting, preferably in a managed care environment. · One year of experience with a frail or elderly population, or appropriate training upon hiring. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Superior written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to change and be flexible with work priorities. · Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. · Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills. **Position Highlights and Benefits:** · Comprehensive benefits including 1st Day medical coverage, dental, vision, paid time off, 403B and educational assistance. · Access to daily pay and employee referral incentives. · Supportive environment with a patient-centered focus. · Opportunities for professional development. **Ministry/Facility Information** **Mercy LIFE Sharon Hill, part** of Trinity Health PACE, provides high-quality care to seniors in the communities we serve.
