Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Treating Center Manager

Location: Far Northeast Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with 2 evenings a week until 7pm. 

Compensation: Salary Range is $85,000-100,000/yr based on your experience. 

Incentives: $10,000 sign on bonus plus $350 per month in student loan assistance!

 

Unique Location/Job Details: Large outpatient orthoedid center with 4 PTs, 2 PTAs, 2 OT/CHTs plus front desk staff is looking for a leader to manage the clinic. Looking for a Physical Therapist to be a treating center Manager and carry a caseload whil managing 6-10 people.  Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience to be considered.  Supervisor/manager experience a plus but wil train the right candidate.  Leadership and Development program available.  

 

Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
