The Facility Services Group specializes in facility solutions, building systems integration, specialized construction and facility management. Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subject matter experts of building systems, envelopes, campus and client operations.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, project coordination, or related roles. Hold a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills in written and verbal format. Ability to perform identified tasks with limited oversight. Detail-oriented. Experience in an operational excellence, business intelligence, or process optimization environment preferred. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and ability to apply them to real-world problems. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with process mapping, documentation tools, and business intelligence reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders. Ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and departments.
Essential Duties:
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance. Lead small to mid-sized continuous improvement projects and support large-scale initiatives. Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of best practices. Support the implementation of standardized procedures across departments. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and process bottlenecks. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to track performance metrics and inform decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency. Assist in developing training programs and process documentation for internal teams. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and process improvement workshops. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures, policies, and workflows. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for CoE projects. Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with teams to ensure project completion.
