- Act as the stakeholder bridge between your team's needs and cross-functional partners to swiftly resolve market friction and unblock deal progression.
- Cultivate deep, long-term customer-centric relationships with high-priority restaurant groups, directly advising them on strategic expansion, menu optimization, and product adoption.
- Maintain rigorous sales lifecycle management processes, including disciplined CRM updates (Salesforce), weekly forecasting, and presenting clear monthly business reviews to leadership.
**Basic Requirements**
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting, pitching, and closing).
- 2+ years of direct people management experience leading a high-performing sales or account management team.
- Proven ability to conduct complex sales negotiations and execute against territory plans to grow a structured sales pipeline.
