CENTRAL INPUT ANALYST
Position General Responsibilities: As a member of Central Operations, your role entails fulfilling daily operational responsibilities and processing incoming requests from branches. This position is crucial to the overall functioning of the entire Stockman Bank system, necessitating the use of exceptional customer service skills to address transactional issues for internal customers. A comprehensive understanding of the bank platform is essential in assisting bank-wide personnel with tasks such as new account setup, updates or changes, and responding to various inquiries. It is imperative to communicate with kindness and respect while serving in Central Operations, as we are the final line of defense. Consistent adherence to and enforcement of bank policies and procedures is vital in mitigating risk. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements Note: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management. Basic Qualifications + Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. + Excellent Interpersonal/team skills with ability to develop effective working relationships. + Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. + Concentrated attention to detail. + Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Strong work ethic and organizational skills are a must. Must be dependable, accurate and efficient. Preferred Skills + Knowledge of banking terminology and/or previous banking experience. + Previous recent experience using Fiserv banking platform software. + 1-2 years customer service experience.
