We're looking for a motivated and driven Central Operations Project (Contractual) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
The position is based in Delhi - NCR.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Day-to-Day Operations: Execute and oversee daily operations of ongoing strategic initiatives. Maintain and update operational data to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Lounge Management: Oversee the management of various waiting lounges to ensure they meet our standards for comfort and customer service. New Revenue Channels: Assist in identifying and launching new revenue channels to diversify our offerings. Bus Stations/Stops Management: Manage operations at various bus stations and stops to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Account Management: Act as the account manager for all rest stops across India, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high service standards. Customer Experience Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and operational processes to identify areas for improvement. •Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Process Analysis and Streamlining: Conduct regular analysis of our operational processes. Recommend and implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiencyYour Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role. Minimum work experience of 1 year. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
