Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Support Team Member III to serve as our Central Plant Stock Materials Planning Analyst in our Huntsville, AL location. Our Central Plant Stock Materials Planning team supports common minor material planning for all Space sites. You will be part of a team of 4 additional planners in a fast-paced, dynamic, data-driven environment. To be successful you will need to have experience and/or knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite tools and SAP ERP.

In this role, you will...

• Manage Plant Stock Buy Part Planning across multiple locations,

• Perform PR creation

• Perform material and demand forecasting

• Inventory management and replenishment strategy

• Conduct data analysis relative to enterprise goals and KPIs

• Participate in 1LMX plant stock planning initiatives


Our level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Englewood facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of SAP/ERP experience

• Experience in materials planning, supply chain management, or inventory control

• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint
Desired Skills:
• Prefer 6 years experience with Bachelors degree

• 5+ years of SAP ERP experience

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)

• Expertise in managing chemical inventories, including SDS and compliance.

• Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning techniques.

• Experience in multi-location inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong project management skills including the ability to lead process improvement initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across teams and departments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on data-driven decision-making

• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
