Job Summary:
The Regional Growth Leader is responsible for both organic growth through all distribution channels in an assigned market, as well as Client Intake, the department leading the customer journey from lead generation to the first caregiver visit and charged with creating a consistent experience rooted in precision, speed, and effectiveness. The Regional Growth Leader will directly lead, develop and mentor a multi-state team of Field and Inside Sales teams, as well as guide cross-functional teams, prioritizing influence over authority, and ensuring growth strategies are sufficiently broad and executed through collaborative efforts. The Regional Growth Leader is the organic growth-focused practice leader for their assigned region.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic oversight of the client funnel with the goal of maximizing new client volume through multiple channels with emphasis on external relationships and in-market activities, broadcast & digital media advertisement, community engagement, and other strategic partnerships.Strategic partner to guide key elements of the overall partner experiences that impact growth opportunity with local and regional referral partners that may include managed care organization, state agencies, local agencies and other entities responsible for referrals.Seeks new opportunities for organic growth in adjacent service channels in alignment with overall company growth strategy.Strategic community engagement responsibilities including:Identifying opportunitiesMeasuring investmentsProactively leads internal, cross-functional, and highly collaborative teams to develop and deploy strategies that most effectively serve external stakeholders and position Help at Home for growth. Leverages Salesforce and other tools to consistently deploy highly effective relationship management techniques, including planning, marketing, and communication.Drives continuous improvement based on measured outcomes through adapting our people, process, and technology.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus.Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of previous experience, with demonstrated success, in roles focused on business growth. This may include, but is not limited to, sales, talent recruiting, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business leadership roles with accountability for growth.Previous experience in the home care or health care industry is valuable, but not required.Experience in leading and managing a teamProven track record of developing successful market strategies

Travel Requirements:
Regular travel (auto and public transportation) is required in the assigned market areas aligned with Partner and Community responsibilities defined herein. Cross-market travel would be only occasionally (quarterly or annually) required.Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
Physical Requirements:
The role requires the ability to visit and navigate locations of Help at Home offices, offices of our Partners, other meeting locations, and Community events.Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
