Position overview –
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations Agent Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 12-month maxterm contract and a remote working role
Key Responsibilities –
Supervise and lead the Central Reservations Team, providing guidance and support Ensure all reservations are handled efficiently and accurately Monitor and manage daily operations to meet performance targets Train and mentor new team members Handle escalate customer queries and solve issues promptly Collaborate with other department to ensure seamless guest experiences Prepare and analyse reports to identify trends and areas for improvement Implement and maintain reservation policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities –
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the reservations or hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in reservations systems and software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
