Central Scheduler FT
Community Health Systems
**Key responsibilities of this role include:**
+ Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
+ Making sure patient have pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care.
+ Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
+ Works closely with providers and other dept.
+ Can work well alone on assigned duties.
+ Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
**Key qualifications to be considered for this include:**
+ Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of healthcare related experience.
+ Previous medical scheduling preferred.
+ Phone etiquette and customer satisfaction a must.
