Our Southern Region Scheduling team is seeking an energetic individual to join our System Patient Access Center. This entry-level role acts as the "Virtual Front Office" for Facility Outpatient Diagnostic Services. To excel in this position, you must be dependable as well as consistent in your attendance and timeliness. While call center experience is preferred, it is not required.
After completing 30-60 days of onsite training and meeting performance expectations, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid or remote capacity. Our onsite location is at 1155 West 3rd Street, Bloomington. Enjoy a work schedule with no weekends or holidays, with routine hours of 9am-5:30pm.

4. Strong communication skills
•At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
