Overview

We are looking for a Centralized Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the Manager of Centralized Admissions and is responsible for overseeing that all referrals are sent via fax, telephone, email and through an electronic platform.  This includes oversight and timely response to all referrals issued by subscribing facilities and implementation of all aspects associated with acceptance and/or response to all referrals and coordination with the local branch.

 

This schedule is every Sat & Sun 8am - 8:30pm est.

About You High school diplomas or equivalent with customer service experience; Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology or nursing or equivalent business experience preferredExcellent organization skillsAble to multi taskMust be able to work in an interdisciplinary setting and have the ability to maintain business and clinical files in a systematic and orderly fashionLPN/LVN certification preferred We Offer

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

 

Salary Range – $20 - $23 hourly
