Position: Centralized Referral Supervisor
Location: Louisville, KY
Type of Employment: Fulltime
Schedule: Weekdays (8am to 5pm)
Compensation: Starting at $45,000/yr (pending experience)
The Centralized Referral Supervisor is responsible for scheduling patients for therapy throughout their assigned region, as well as coordinating and assigning work and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources. This position also supports training for new hire schedulers and reinforcement training for current schedulers and insurance verifiers.

High School diploma or GEDPrevious Leader Experience1 Year of Scheduling ExperienceTwo years experience in the healthcare field dealing with customer servicePreferred Qualifications:
