Position: Centralized Referral Supervisor

Location: Louisville, KY

Type of Employment: Fulltime

Schedule: Weekdays (8am to 5pm)

Compensation: Starting at $45,000/yr (pending experience)

 

The Centralized Referral Supervisor is responsible for scheduling patients for therapy throughout their assigned region, as well as coordinating and assigning work and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources. This position also supports training for new hire schedulers and reinforcement training for current schedulers and insurance verifiers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GEDPrevious Leader Experience1 Year of Scheduling ExperienceTwo years experience in the healthcare field dealing with customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Health Care ExperienceIndustry-specific customer service certification preferredAssociate or Bachelors degree preferred, OR 2 years of experience in a similar role  Additional Data
