SUMMARY:
The Centralized Servicing Specialist positions are responsible for providing support to branch and centralized operations, handling a variety of functions.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates the company’s Customer Service Toll-Free line; handling inquiries and concerns, asking for clarification to deal with each inquiry or concern promptly, and accurately to resolve customer questions, or transferring callers to appropriate parties for assistanceProvides customer service via chat through our Lendmark Mobile appResponsible for processing all SCRA requests submitted to our centralized locationProcess all deferments submitted by the branch network in a timely mannerResponsible for picking up mail daily for our facility; sorting and distributing among our various departmentsResponsible for entering all customer complaints, and credit disputes received via telephone, email, or mail, utilizing our complaint management softwareProcessing all returned mail, returned check letters, credit verification letters, or any other correspondence receivedProper handling of processing paid out contracts, and releasing liens in a timely manner, according to state law and company guidelinesEfficiently and accurately handles system related “help desk” ticketsAccurately posts all centralized payment handling; including but not limited to mail, electronic, repo payments, bankrupt trustee payments, and garnishment paymentsPreparing daily banking deposit, balancing cash drawers each day, maintaining a cash count record, and other cashier related dutiesProcessing charge off transactions on all 180 day delinquent accountsProcessing of modification requestsManages risk relative to positionAll other duties assigned by ManagementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or comparable education (GED)2-4 years consumer finance or related experienceDetail oriented and ability to multi-taskExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word ApplicationsMay require lifting of materials up to 15 lbs.Ability to work with minimum supervisionUse of personal vehicle may be required for mail collection and bank deposits made at off-site locations; mileage is reimbursed for these activitiesWORKING CONDITIONS:
