The Centralized Support Specialist will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting office and field personal alike.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in Leasing in the Property Management Industry required Customer Service Experience (R) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (R) High sense of urgency, and excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines (R) Must have excellent customer service skills (R) Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner (R) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook (R) Experience in property management systems, and tech savvy to learn new systemsPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:
