Centralizes Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities Purpose: The Centralized Sales/Leasing Coordinator ensures a seamless and customer-focused experience by managing lead engagement, scheduling, and application processes. This role supports the Community Experience Team’s goals of maximizing occupancy and delivering excellent customer service while facilitating a smooth transition from prospect to resident. We currently have two roles open in our Support Center located in Uptown Dallas for Centralizes Sales/Leasing Coordinators. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CENTRALIZED SALES/LEASING COODINATOR Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities outlined below represent a summary of the primary functions of this role and are not an exhaustive list of all daily tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed and are considered an integral part of this position. Lead Engagement & Follow-Up Schedule property showings (virtual, guided, or self-guided) via phone, chat, and CRM software. Provide accurate quotes, availability, and applicable concessions while sharing community features and amenities. Proactively follow-up with unscheduled prospects, missed/rescheduled showings, and prospects that have completed a showing to encourage next steps and collect feedback. Application Management and Screening Review and process applications within 72 hours, verifying documentation and compliance with guidelines. Conduct initial screenings, collaborating with internal teams or third-party providers to finalize decisions and communicate results. Lease Preparation and Residency Onboarding Generate accurate lease agreements and cost sheets, ensuring timely execution in coordination with the Sales Manager. Guide approved applicants through the pre-move-in process, including move-in instructions, utility setup, and finalizing documentation. Weekly Reporting and Insights Compile reports on appointments, follow-ups, applications, screenings, and leasing metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve processes and drive occupancy goals. COMPENSATION: $23 - $25 / hour plus annual performance based bonus Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Prior leasing, sales, or property management experience required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in leasing software, scheduling tools, and property management systems. Yardi experience preferred High attention to detail and accuracy in application and lease processes. Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
