What this job involves:
We’re looking for a Centre Manager to join our team, this role will work across two centres in the Lower North Shore. You will provide a high level of service to the client, whilst minimising risk to owner by leading and developing the onsite team.

Complying with all Acts of LegislationMeeting appropriate deadlines imposed by the client and our Portfolio ManagerHaving a thorough understanding and appreciation for the market environment, including competition, development proposals and infrastructureEnsuring accurate records of all documentation are being maintained including tenancy schedule, financial statements, leases, and retailer filesPreparing annual budget, business plan, marketing plan, and monthly reportsAdministering the leases ensuring that correct charges are raised, reviews are done on time, turnover figures collected, turnover rental charged, outgoing reconciliation’s completed, and confirming that all parties adhere to the conditions of the leaseMonitoring tenancy mix to ensure optimum rentals are achievedSound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You will be a true property professional with proven success in shopping centre management, with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/ win solution for any challenge you meet.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsProven experience overseeing finance, budgeting, operations, contractor management and leasingReal estate licence is requiredWhat you can expect from us:
