Primary objective of the job:
The role is required to support the Head of the CEO Office by compiling inputs from multiple stakeholders and transforming them into clear and compelling presentations and other documents for internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team and Board Members.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyse, and synthesize business data from various stakeholders / teams to generate insights relevant to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
• Collaborate with the Head of CEO Office and key stakeholders to understand the goals and objectives of upcoming presentations
• Prepare high-impact, data-driven presentations for the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors
• Analysis of complex data and convert the inputs visually compelling slides, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, clarify key points, and align on messaging, incorporating feedback into presentation drafts
• Use storytelling techniques to enhance the flow and message of presentations, ensuring the content resonates with diverse audiences
• Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity in all presentation materials, adhering to company guidelines and presentation best practices
• Organize and maintain a library of presentations, ensuring easy access and reference for future use
• Proactively suggest new approaches or improvements to presentation formats, tools, and content presentation methods
• Provide ad-hoc support for other projects and initiatives as required by the Head of CEO Office
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, communications, or presentation-focused role (business analyst, corporate communications, marketing, presentation design)
• Familiarity with business strategy, operations, or corporate performance metrics is a plus
Functional Skills:
• Strong presentation design skills with expertise in PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis with ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful visuals and engaging formats using charts, graphs and infographics
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in ensuring that data, design, and content are error-free and meet professional standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical data into understandable and actionable insights for different audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and departments to gather information, clarify data, and align on messaging
