The Role:
Working as part of the Chief Executive Office you will work with the Head of CEO Office to implement the strategy for Customer interaction for all complaints received by the CEO in a timely manner through to resolution.
Key outcomes for this role
You will be an advocate for the Sedgwick customer experience.
You will display a true Sedgwick ethos and personality.
You’ll use your knowledge and experience, linked to your great communication skills to assist all Sedgwick colleagues in providing excellent service for our customers.
Planning and communicating with Claims Handlers and others that need your support.
Ability to work collaboratively with Operations senior managers and Claims Handlers.
Represent at the highest level our customer experience and interact with the Head of CEO Office as well as Operations colleagues on ensuring our customers receive only the best experience.
Problem Solve - you’ll anticipate problems and find solutions quickly and efficiently.
