Ceramic Coating Processor

 

As a Ceramic Coating Processor here at Honeywell, you will\nplay a crucial role in the ceramic coating process for jet engine parts. This\nrole requires physical strength and stamina as it involves handling and\napplying ceramic coatings to various components. You will work in a\nclimate-controlled environment to ensure optimal conditions for the coating\nprocess.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the quality\nand performance of jet engine parts by ensuring the proper application of\nceramic coatings. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards\nwill contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply ceramic coatings to jet engine parts according to\nspecifications and quality standards.
• Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and prepping\nsurfaces.
• Operate coating equipment and ensure proper application\ntechniques.
• Monitor and maintain coating thickness and quality.
• Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or\ninconsistencies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized\nwork area.
