Schedule: M-F, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/wk with varying schedule between 6:30a-5p
Responsible for assisting in the early intervention program for employees who report musculoskeletal pain or discomfort that is being either caused or aggravated by their work. This program is not medical but is a “hands-off”, educational process that empowers the employee to proactively address their situation. The provider of this program performs client intakes when an employee expresses discomfort, education on anatomy, stretching, ice, and taking breaks. They also perform follow-ups, tracking progress of each individual throughout the process. The goal is to reduce time loss and OSHA recordables through education that can help employees manage or eliminate musculoskeletal pain from a variety of causes.

+ Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
+ Lead individual worksite assessments, injury prevention assessment, body mechanic coaching, well-being education, and Dynamic Warm-up sessions.
+ Provide early intervention services for employees when warranted.
+ Collect program data to support the program; manage and reports data for IPT services.
+ Regular communication with Corporate IP&T Support for ongoing strategy, success of program, and service delivery review.
+ Other duties as needed/assigned.
**What you need to succeed:**
+ Graduate from an accredited Athletic Training program and Board Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification.
+ Possess active state athletic training licensure.
+ 2 + years’ experience in athletic training.
+ Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
+ Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
+ Ability to travel to other client locations.
+ Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000/yr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
