This role is with GLEESON, in partnership with Smart Chicken, located in Waverly, Nebraska.  

Responsibilities:

Operate mobile crane(s) to lift and place structural steel, machinery, and materials safely and efficiently. Perform general construction tasks when not operating the crane, a plus!  Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with riggers and site teams to execute lifts according to project specifications. Monitor load capacities and site conditions to maintain safe operations.

Requirements:

Applicant must possess a valid, current NCCCO TLL certification (Telescopic Boom Crane—Swing Cab). Minimum of one year of prior experience as a crane operator is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Post-offer, pre-employment drug testing and E-verification are required. Safety Focused!!!
