Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dialysis Technician/Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of dialysis treatments while also supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate dialysis machines for patient treatments, ensuring all protocols and safety standards are adhered to. Monitor patients during dialysis sessions, recording vital signs and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient operations. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment to ensure optimal performance. Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance patient care experience.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Dialysis Technician is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in dialysis, is highly preferred. Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
