Great company cultureCompetitive pay with daily pay options availableTuition reimbursement and campus partnershipsFlexible work schedules close to homeRetention and referral bonusesBenefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401K participationCareer growth and development opportunities  External Job Description Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care in the comfort of people in their own homes.Assist patients with activities of daily living including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene, etc.Transportation assistance to and from activities and appointments.Offer compassionate companionship.Serves as the care plan liaison between the client served and the branch.Actively supports and represents the company's private pay initiatives including but not limited: Taking an active part in growing referral sources when opportunities arise, working knowledge of marketing resources, recruitment, referrals, etc.Assist company’s goal of being a primary agency of choice of homecare private pay clientele.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications HS Diploma/GED required. Additional professional homecare or health care certifications are a plus.Verifiable, caregiver experience of 1+ years of Homecare/Long-Term Care setting. (Internal Candidates must have a minimum 6 months employed with AWC). Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings. Valid and in good standing driver’s License. Must have reliable transportation/Auto Insurance to travel to client’s homes as assigned and/or transport clients if needed. Must pass company and state required background checks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently or collaborative environment.Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required. About our Line of Business
