Job Description Our client is seeking a Certified Floodplain Manager to support Pinellas County as they continue with recovery efforts from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. This person will be responsible for reviewing plans for compliance with the local floodplain ordinance and reviewing substantial damage estimation appeals through the lens of the floodplain ordinances.
