Responsibilities + Room patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and reason for visit + Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments including pap smears, pelvic exams, and prenatal visits + Administer injections and medications as directed + Perform basic lab tests, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing + Provide patient education and instructions for follow-up care + Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) + Support a positive, team-focused clinic culture Qualifications + Current CMA/RMA certification required - accepted through AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCT + Previous experience in OB/GYN or women’s health is a plus + Strong communication and organizational skills + Compassionate, patient-focused attitude + Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy clinic environment
