Responsibilities Join our Internal Medicine team in Waukee, IA, where you’ll support providers in delivering high-quality care to adult and senior patients. As an LPN, you will assist with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and care coordination in a professional, team-oriented environment. + Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical history + Assist with exams and minor procedures + Administer medications and vaccines per protocol + Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests + Provide patient education and follow-up instructions + Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) + Coordinate prescription refills and prior authorizations + Support patient flow and clinic efficiency Qualifications + Active Iowa CMA/LPN/RN license + CPR certification (BLS required) + Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills + Prior experience in internal medicine or outpatient setting preferred
