**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant in Sebastian, FL!** This is an in-person role. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume. **Position Type** : 7-month contract (with potential for extension or full-time offer) **Schedule** : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM **Pay** : $20 - $24 per hour **Dress Code** : Teal and Charcoal Gray Scrubs **Responsibilities** : + Collect patient data (e.g., vital signs, medications, allergies, health screenings) to assess care needs + Administer medical services as directed by physicians (e.g., injections, procedures, treatments) + Screen and assess patient care risks + Provide necessary supplies and equipment for patient care + Coordinate/prep for patient visits to ensure comprehensive care + Address patient inquiries regarding clinical services + Demonstrate understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and safety protocols + Ensure compliance with patient safety and transportation regulations **Qualifications** : + High school diploma or GED required + Certified Medical Assistant + Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant + Lab experience preferred **Why Adecco?** + Weekly pay + 401(k) plan + Skills training + Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **Note** : This position is being recruited by Adecco’s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco branch. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
