Short Description

Cape Regional Physician Associates is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving residents and visitors throughout Cape May County.  Cape Regional Physicians Associates with over 60 primary care providers and specialists, delivers services in multiple locations throughout Cape May County.


Experience Required

Responsible for setting up the patient in the exam room Perform and Document:Vital signs (manual BPs),EKGs, Reconciliation of medicationsReason for visit, health care concernInterview/Discuss with patient changes in patient’s health since the last visitAssist the provider with minor surgical proceduresPrepare appropriate medications for injectionsResponsible for phone messages, faxes, and Medical Reception responsibilities as neededKnowledge of medical insurance terminology, computer skills for scheduling, and familiarity with general office procedures and equipmen
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required


License/Certification Requirements

Medical Assistant Certificate 
Special Requirements

Ability to handle high volume of interactions with frequent interruptions required1-3 years of prior experience in ambulatory care preferred
