Job Description

The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.

Outpatient facility working alongside the practice manager and physicians for patient care. Work hours can range between 6:45am and 6pm with Tuesday having extended hours until 8pm. MA must work up until the Physician is completed with all patients. Therefore, they need someone who is able to stay beyond their end time to finish out the day if/when needed. Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours. The practice manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
