The AMG Call Center located in Morristown, NJ is seeking a CMA to provide support for various practices in AMG who are assigned to the call center. Call intake will include triaging calls to determine urgency of appointment, scheduling of appointment, input of demographic and insurance information and preliminary registration. Provide patients with appointment information including specialty specific instructions and explain any referral or prior authorization requirements. Offer friendly, courteous assistance to every patient to ensure that they have a positive, professional experience during every encounter.
Must successfully pass all required training. Includes, but not limited to: Electronic medical record training, patient experience training, AMG phone etiquette training, MyChart training and others as appropriate.
AMG Call Center hours of operation are 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday - Friday. Team member will be assigned to a 7.5-hour shift within those hours. Currently seeking Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Team member will need to be flexible with assigned hours to allow adequate shift coverage for absences.
