Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP)** to work at a facility in **Denver , CO.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $26 / hour *W2 **Shifts Available:** + Monday-Fridays 07:30-1530. + 13 weeks to start **Minimum Qualifications:** + **At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP)** + Must have up to date certification in the state of **CO** + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology **Job Responsibilities:** + Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients + Document medication administration accurately + Follow proper procedures for medication storage and disposal + Observe and report any changes in patient condition + Assist with daily living activities (eating, bathing, dressing) + Ensure medication rights are followed (right patient, dose, time, etc.) + Communicate with nurses and other healthcare staff + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions + Follow all facility policies and state regulations regarding medication administration If interested, please apply through this job post.
