Our staff to patient ratio is great and allows us to provide exceptional care while also allowing for a good work/life balance for our staff. Position Type: PRN Wage Range: $25 - $31 / hour depending on experience Shift Differentials: Weekend Day Shift - $1 / hour Weekend Overnight Shift - $3 / hour  Mon-Thurs Overnight Shift - $2 / hour  Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: + Current CO Nursing Assistant certification required. + BLS/ CPR certificate required. + Long term care experience preferred. + Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
